These instructions apply to orders from Patches' Place, Nissy's Nook, Wet Set, Debbie Ashton, Raysco, Missy's Micturitions, Flashflood, Katzeye's Litter Box, Collette's House of Wet Dreams, Glimpse and Katrina.  Before you place an order, please read the following information:

1. Videos are available in NTSC VHS format and PAL VHS format. NTSC is the common video format in the U.S., Canada and Japan plus a few other places.  PAL is the common format in Europe and elsewhere.  We do not offer the SECAM VHS format used in France nor special versions of PAL which are common is Brazil and a few other places.  We do not offer any videos in BETA format.
2. Videos from Patches' Parlor, Nissy's Nook, and Katzeye's Litter Box can be purchased in NTSC S-VHS format for an additional $10.00 per video. S-VHS is a higher quality format than regular VHS and is only of value to people with a S-VHS video player. S-VHS video tapes are much more expensive than regular VHS tapes which is the reason for this extra charge. This service is not available from other videomakers at this time. Please note that S-VHS stands for Super VHS and has extra lines of resolution. If you have a regular or stereo VHS video player, do not order a video on an S-VHS tape. You will not be able to view the video. Regular VHS tapes play on S-VHS video players but S-VHS tapes do not play on regular video players. For those who live in countries where PAL is the standard format, this does not apply to you even though PAL comes in S-VHS format also.
3. Orders within the U.S. are shipped by Airborne Express for Patches, Wet Set, Debbie Ashton, Nissy, Katzeye's Litter Box and Glimpse videos. Missy uses Priority Mail in most cases but can ship by UPS, FedEx, or Airborne upon request. House of Wet Dreams always ships by Priority Mail. Raysco ships only by UPS and Priority Mail. Raysco will not ship to a Company or to a P.O. Box without a person's name as part of the address. All orders must have a person's name included in the address.
4. Orders from outside the US are shipped through the postal service. There is no extra cost for shipments by Global Priority Mail or Small Packet Air. There are additional charges for special packaging or having the package registered, certified, or sent by a different carrier. Check with us by e-mail with any questions or special requirements you may have before placing your order from outside the US. We understand you may have special circumstances and are committed to working with you in processing an order. Raysco has additional shipping charges for all order sent outside the US.
5. Each video distributor has restrictions on where orders can be sold. In each case, this is for the protection of the models. Patches' videos and Raysco's videos have various restrictions depending on which videos are ordered. Videos from In Joe's Living Room are not sold to residents of Texas or Oklahoma. Videos from Nissy's Nook are not sold to residents of Ohio. Debbie Ashton videos are not currently sold in New Zealand or Australia but may be available in those countries in the future. Missy's videos are not available in Tennessee or Georgia. There are no restrictions on videos from Katzeye's Litter Box, Collette's House of Wet Dreams, Katrina, or Glimpse.
6. Shipments to Switzerland are now possible with NO risk of being confiscated. Some orders sent to Switzerland in the past have been seized by customs although the risk was never high that customers would lose their order. Patches' Place has made special arrangements to ship all orders to Swiss customers from within Switzerland to avoid any losses. We encourage Swiss customers to order without fear of loss. A "Delivery Insurance" of $3.00 will be added to your order to partially offset our extra expenses.
7. Shipments to Canada are at high risk of being confiscated. There appears to be a general crackdown on adult entertainment videos coming into Canada.  As of June 2000, we are able to ship selected videos from within Canada to Canadian customers. The list of videos available to Canadian customers includes some of our most popular videos.  If you live in Canada and want to order videos not on the list, we suggest you place orders for those videos only when they are making a trip to the States.  We will work with you on coordinating a shipment and a pick up location.  Orders for videos not on the list will not be accepted from Canadians for shipment into Canada. If you want to purchase a video which is not on the list, let us know and we will see what we can do to make it available to you for shipment from within Canada.
8. PAL video orders from customers in the U.K. have a $3.00 charge per video added as delivery insurance. This extra fee was added so we could guarantee delivery to all U.K. customers. Previously, some orders had been seized by customs but U.K. customers no longer need to be concerned about this potential loss.
9. All shipments by Airborne Express within the US require the signature of the recipient. If your order is being shipped to your residence (business addresses already require signatures), someone will have to sign for the package. If no one is home to receive the package, a notice will be left by the delivery person giving you the option to pick up the package at the local terminal, request another delivery attempt, or waive the signature requirement and give instructions on where to leave the package so it will be safe. All order forms allow you to request us NOT to require a signature if you know the package will be safe and it would be inconvenient to provide a signature. This is for your protection and for ours. Raysco has not had a problem with orders left without signatures so they have never adopted this policy. Missy does not require a signature either.
10. Your order will be confirmed by e-mail if you give your e-mail address. A few people have ordered without supplying an e-mail address either because their e-mail may be monitored where they work or because their computer is used by others. We understand and will honor your need for privacy. However, a problem or question will take a lot longer to resolve through snail mail. We understand why some people will leave the line for their e-mail address blank but we don't understand why some people give us incorrect or incomplete e-mail addresses. If you supply an e-mail address, please make sure it is correct and readable. Most orders are confirmed by Patches' Place and Wet Set Magazine but Raysco is NOT confirming orders when they ship. They will only trace an order when it is overdue. This is their policy and they do not routinely send us tracking numbers unless there is a problem.
11. Your order will be sent in a plain, unmarked package. Most orders from each videomaker are shipped within 2 or 3 days of when an order is received. There are exceptions to this for a variety of reasons. Some are shipped the next day and some may not be shipped for up to 7 days after an order is received. We are committed to following through so customer's receive their orders within a reasonable time. We have also had inquiries from impatient customers who have ordered Raysco videos by UPS Ground and wondered why they had not received their order within a week. Raysco is located on the west coast and UPS Ground can take 10 days or more to reach the east coast. UPS may promise delivery to anywhere in the US within 5 business days but our repeated experience is that this is simply not true. UPS Ground may be safer but it is definitely much slower than even the Snail Mail service provided by the postal service.
12. Defective videos will be replaced at no cost to you. Let us know if your order was damaged in shipment. If you are requested to return the package and the damaged video by a vendor (so the vendor can collect insurance on the package), your cost for returning it will be reimbursed. All sales are final.
13. Your name and address will not be sold or traded and information you supply will be kept strictly confidential. Obviously, names and addresses are given to Missy, Raysco, Flashflood, Katrina or Wet Set Magazine if you order from them. Names but not addresses are given to Katzeye's Litter Box, Debbie Ashton, Nissy and Glimpse. We value our privacy and we will certainly honor yours.
14. We may send information about new products unless you request us not to send it. Those who have ordered from us in the past know we seldom, if ever, contact anyone by snail mail or e-mail. None of the videomakers we represent mail catalogs to anyone who orders from them through Patches' Place since their catalog is online at our Web site and sending printed catalogs is an unnecessary expense. Wet Set Magazine and Raysco do mail catalogs or flyers in special promotions and Patches' Place mails flyers.
15. Discounts are offered on some items by some videomakers but the terms vary. See each videomaker's Web page for more details.

If this is your first order:

1. Download and print the appropriate order form depending on which vendor's videos are being ordered. Do not order videos from one vendor's videos on another vendor's form. If you are ordering from more than one vendor at the same time, please use separate forms. You can also phone your order to Patches' Place by calling 716-218-9928 in the USA from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm eastern time.

2. Fill out the order form and sign it. No videos will be shipped until a signed certificate is on file at Patches' Place attesting to your age, community standards, and intended use.
3. Enclose your payment. We accept money orders, personal checks, cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, Bankcard and the JCB card. Raysco only accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express. To avoid delays and disappointment, please note the following:
   • If you send cash, enclose it in something secure such as a folder and a manila envelope to avoid detection.
   • Checks and money orders should be made payable to Patches' Place. Making them payable to any of the videomakers we represent or Wet Set Magazine will delay your order significantly.
   • There can be a 3 week delay shipping orders paid by personal check while the check clears the banks. However, we often have confirmation that a check has cleared in 10 to 12 days.
   • If you are ordering from outside the US:
     • Do not send personal checks drawn on banks outside the US. With the exception of a few major Canadian banks, we cannot accept them because the bank routing numbers are different in other countries than in the US
     • Consider using American Express Money Orders, International Money Orders (sometimes called World Money Orders), or Postal Money Orders. Postal Money Orders may be the most convenient to obtain but not all countries offer Postal Money Orders payable in US dollars. Ask at your Post Office.
     • Make sure any Money Orders are payable in US dollars and indicate on the face of the Money Order that they can be cleared through a bank in the US. To estimate what your order will cost in your own currency, use this currency converter.
     • We cannot accept bank drafts drawn on a bank outside the US even if they are payable in US currency. In fact, they would have to be written in your local currency to even be negotiable. Unfortunately most US Commercial Banks do not accept checks from foreign banks for amounts less than $100.00. Most of them charge fees of $30.00 or more for cashing such checks and there are a limited number of foreign countries from which they will accept checks. The result is delay and frustration for you because we have to return your order and payment.
4. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, Bankcard and the JCB card are accepted for purchases.
   • If you are using a Web browser which runs Java (like Netscape 2.02 or later but not any of the Windows 3.1 versions), you can use our convenient, secure, online order form. No signed order form through the mail is required since you must be an adult to have a credit card. Placing an order by credit card through our online order form is a way of digitally signing the same certification statement as the one you would sign on an order you mailed to us. Raysco, Hightide, and X-Streams do not charge any credit card fee. For the rest of us, there is a $3.00 per video credit card fee ($6.00 on the 2-hour version of "Let the Games Begin") on all video orders except videos which cost $40.00 where the fee is $2.00 per video.

If you have ordered before:

1. We have your signed statement on file and your order form may be returned to us by e-mail along with your credit card number for faster service or you can use our online order form.
2. We accept personal checks without holding your order for the check to clear.
3. Even if your previous order was with a different vendor than the one you want to order from now, we can still accept your order and payment by e-mail. (NOTE: This e-mail address has been altered to prevent Webbots from adding it to their spam lists. To send e-mail to Patches, please remove the word "spamblock" and the period before sending your message.)
4. Or send your order form and payment by regular mail. There is no need to use a credit card if you prefer to use a different form of payment. It is just offered for your convenience and to ship your order quickly.
