The menu to the left is a temporary solution to the problem caused by the release of Adobe Flash Player 9.0.124.0 in June 2008 which prevents the links embedded in our old Flash menus from working.  The only way to navigate our site on pages which still have the old Flash menu is to use the previous Flash Player, version 9.0.115.0.  Since you cannot get this older version at the Adobe site, you can download Flash 9.0.115.0 here and install it over the newer version.  We are in the process of making changes to our site with new navigation menus.  Thank you for your understanding and patience!
